The obvious benefit to traffic school is getting a ticket dismissed, in both Florida and Texas if you get a ticket you can take a traffic school to get it dismissed provided it meets all of the criteria for doing so. You can do this once a year for a single violation only, multiple violations can only have one violation removed and they cannot be for a speeding ticket over 25 mile per hour.
